The Sugar Maple Festival is put on entirely by the hard work of volunteers. They are the reason the festival is a huge success each year – it the could not happen without them. There are many shifts available during the festival, so please consider volunteering.

A wide variety of volunteer positions are available throughout the festival season. These opportunities offer the satisfaction of supporting one of Madison’s top not-for-profit, volunteer-driven, family-friendly annual events. Volunteer at the Sugar Maple Festival

90 minute to two-hour shifts from set-up to tear-down of Sugar Maple weekend. Positions are available at the ticket booth, merchandise table, bar and more. We are seeking on-site medical support volunteers and folks to clean up on Sunday following the festival. Free entry on the day(s) you volunteer! If you’re interested in volunteering at the festival, please visit our volunteer sign-up page.
