El Grito Taqueria
El Grito Taqueria is here to pay homage to the Mexican tacos that have been served for generations. Offering both regional and celebratory dishes, El Grito Taqueria highlights flavors from all over Mexico, as well as the modern day taco culture in the United States.
Melted food cart calls itself the “Cadillac of Grilled Cheese.” It features local ingredients in chef-designed gourmet sandwiches.
Underground Butcher, established in 2012, is a full service butcher located on Williamson Street in downtown Madison. Underground Butcher serves as the retail face for Underground Meats and offers a well curated selection of cheese, wine, beer, grocery & kitchen ware.
Afghani food cart, with chicken stew, beef kofta kabob, lentil dal, and basmati rice, with traditional homemade sauces.
Caracas Empanadas (Saturday only)
If you like empanadas you’re going to love Caracas Empanadas. If you’ve never had an empanada, then you don’t know what you’re miss- ing. Empanadas are a staple food in many Latin American countries including Venezuela. Chef/owner Luis Dompablo named the cart after the city he grew up in, making Caracas Empanadas Madison’s first Venezuelan food cart.
Let it Ride Coffee (Saturday only)
Cold Brewed Coffee brewed twice weekly to continually supply the Madison area with fresh product. An ecofriendly, socially responsible business; all natural and organic fairly traded beans. Also serving ice cream, cookies, and cheesecake.
