Chocolate Shoppe Ice cream After 60 years of continued innovation, Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company now encompasses four ice cream parlors and a manufacturing plant in Madison, Wisconsin. The manufacturing facility produces more than 100 super-premium, award-winning ice cream flavors.

Moon Dog Farm (Saturday only) Located in the Upper Sugar River Watershed near Madison, they manage a small cattle herd, chickens and a few hogs on hilly pastureland.
Crescendo Espresso Bar (Saturday only) Roasted in Madison. A specialty coffee bar that aims to make coffee approachable for everyone. They welcome and celebrate all humans.
